I had to go to You Tube to find out how to put it together. The screw packet doesn't tell you which screw goes where. I put the wrong screw in many times. This is an easy fix. There were enough screws that the extras weren't needed. Overall, I can't complain as the chair is so nice. It feels wonderful. Touch the foot rest it's like butter! This is the first ergonomic chair I have owned. It was very easy to assemble by myself. The chair is very sturdy! Definitely not one of those cheap plastic chairs.
