Up to 5-Year Warranty on HBADA Chairs
The HBADA chairs come with a 3-year to 5-year warranty, and for any verified quality issue, HBADA provides fast replacement parts instead of requiring returns or repairs, so you can get back to sitting comfortably with minimal hassle.
Starting from the date of delivery, the warranty periods are categorized as follows:

1. Warranty Coverage
HBADA warrants that its ergonomic and gaming chairs are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use.

A. 5-Year Core Component Guarantee (E3 & X7 Series Only)
We provide a 5-year warranty for the three major load-bearing structures that ensure the chair's stability and safety:
- 5-Star Base: Structural failure or breakage.
- Gas Lift: Lifting malfunction or pressure loss.
- Casters (Wheels): Cracking or detachment due to manufacturing defects.
B. 3-Year Standard Warranty (All Series)
For all HBADA chairs, the following items are covered for 3 years:
- Mechanical Failures: Malfunction of the tilt mechanism, height adjustment levers, or lumbar support system.
- Adjustable Parts: Armrest adjustment failure or backrest frame structural issues.
- Material Defects: Confirmed manufacturing flaws in non-wearable parts.
2. Our "Parts-Replacement" Promise
To minimize your downtime and avoid the hassle of shipping entire chairs back, HBADA provides a streamlined service:
- Remote Diagnosis: Our team will diagnose the issue based on photos or videos provided.
- Free Replacement Parts: Once a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will ship replacement parts at no cost.
- Installation Support: We provide clear video guides or PDF manuals to help you replace parts easily.
3. What the Warranty Covers
The HBADA warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural or mechanical failures under normal use
- Functional issues caused by quality defects
If a covered part fails during the warranty period, HBADA will provide a replacement solution.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Natural aging of mesh/fabric, color fading, or pilling.
- Cosmetic Issues: Scratches, dents, or stains occurring after assembly and use.
- Misuse or Accidents: Damage caused by improper assembly, modifications, or overloading beyond weight limits.
- Commercial Use: Products used in rental or high-traffic commercial environments.
- Unauthorized Purchases: Products bought from unauthorized third-party sellers.
HBADA reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility.
