When you recline, multiple parts of the chair move together to maintain support. The backrest, seat, armrests and headrest follow your posture so your body stays supported instead of losing contact with the chair as your sitting position changes.

With adjustable seat depth, lumbar position and headrest, E3 Ultra Gen 5 is designed to accommodate a wide range of users, approximately 150–195 cm in height. Individual fit will still depend on body proportions and preferred sitting position.

The lumbar system is divided into a central support zone and two side wings. The centre supports the lumbar spine, while the side wings wrap around the lower back to provide broader lateral support as your posture changes.

Yes. The lumbar support uses a mechanical spring structure that can move forward and backward by up to 3.2 cm to follow changes in your posture. Once you find your preferred position, it can also be locked in place.

Yes. The lumbar support tension can be adjusted with a control knob, allowing you to choose a softer or firmer level of support. The lumbar unit itself can also move vertically by 5 cm along the backrest, helping you position the support more precisely for your lower back.

The chair supports four recline positions: approximately 105°, 120°, 135° and 150°. This covers focused work, relaxed sitting, entertainment and deeper rest.

The armrests offer multiple adjustments including 7 cm height adjustment, 5 cm inward/outward movement, 4.5 cm forward/back movement, 360° arm rotation, up to 40° pad rotation, 30° upward tilt and 20° downward tilt. They also move with the chair when reclining to help maintain arm support.

The 4D headrest offers 4.5 cm height adjustment, 5.5 cm forward/back movement, plus up to 70° adjustment of both the headrest support and contact surface, helping it adapt to upright and reclined positions.

The four-way elastic mesh is designed to distribute pressure across the seat and back while remaining breathable. Its zoned support structure helps reduce concentrated pressure around the hips and thighs during long sitting sessions.

E3 Ultra Gen 5 introduces a new dynamic support system designed to keep multiple parts of the chair working together as your posture changes. Compared with the previous E3 Ultra, Gen 5 adds full-body dynamic tracking, 4D bionic massage, graphene heat, a deeper 150° recline, redesigned 8D armrests, and a rechargeable battery for its powered comfort features.

Both generations use a 3-zone lumbar design. E3 Ultra Gen 5 adds adjustable support firmness via a control knob, up to 3.2 cm forward/back movement, and 5 cm vertical adjustment along the backrest. It also works with the dynamic recline system to maintain support as your posture changes.

The previous E3 Ultra reclines up to 140° with four locking positions. E3 Ultra Gen 5 extends this to 150°, with four positions at approximately 105°, 120°, 135° and 150°. Gen 5 also uses a linked mechanical structure that coordinates the backrest, seat and support system during recline.

The previous E3 Ultra uses 720° mechanical armrests with dual-axis rotation and up to 110 mm forward/back adjustment. E3 Ultra Gen 5 uses an 8D armrest system with 7 cm height adjustment, 5 cm inward/outward movement, 4.5 cm forward/back movement, 360° arm rotation, 40° pad rotation, 30° upward tilt and 20° downward tilt. The armrests also move with the chair during recline.

Both versions offer highly adjustable dual-axis headrests. E3 Ultra Gen 5 provides 4.5 cm height adjustment, 5.5 cm forward/back movement, and up to 70° adjustment of both the headrest support and contact surface.

E3 Ultra uses a built-in mechanical massage system designed to simulate kneading and massage movements across the lower back. Each massage session lasts 15 minutes, with multiple massage modes and adjustable intensity patterns for relaxation during long sitting sessions.

Yes. The built-in heat function offers three temperature levels at approximately 45°C, 50°C and 55°C. Each heating session lasts 15 minutes and can be used together with the massage function for deeper relaxation.

The key functions are controlled using the button on the right armrest. Press the button to turn the functions on or off and switch between available settings, so you can make adjustments without reaching under the seat.

E3 Ultra includes a 4000 mAh rechargeable lithium battery designed to support several days of regular use between charges. Actual battery life will vary depending on how frequently massage and heating are used.

The chair is designed to meet BIFMA testing standards, with durability testing covering components such as the casters, backrest, armrests, gas lift and swivel mechanism. It also comes with a 3-year warranty.
